Built through service.
Jerod’s professional foundation was shaped through service as a United States Air Force officer, where leadership, accountability, government operations, and complex organizational responsibility were daily practice. That experience developed an approach grounded in preparation, cross-functional coordination, strategic planning, and disciplined execution—without losing sight of the people involved.

Learning to see the structure.
Mathematics trained an instinct for analysis, logic, problem solving, and structure. Business and project management expanded that foundation into organizations, strategy, execution, management, and development.

Complex ideas become easier to pursue when there is enough structure to move them forward without removing the flexibility that made them interesting in the first place. Leadership, strategy, structure, execution, curiosity, adaptability, and development are not separate modes of work—they are part of the same practice.
